Jenny Li, CFA
Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific
Ms. Li is a managing director and Head of Asia Pacific for Oaktree’s Real Estate group. Ms. Li joined Oaktree in 2014 after having spent two years at J.P. Morgan’s Global Special Opportunities Group, where she focused on evaluating and executing real estate investment opportunities across the capital structure in China and Australia. Prior to that, she worked on PAG’s real estate strategy and at Lehman Brothers Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Finance from Fudan University, where she was ranked number one in both of her graduating classes, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where she was designated a Palmer Scholar. Ms. Li is a CFA charterholder and is a native Mandarin and Shanghainese speaker.
