Mary Gallegly

Ms. Gallegly is the General Counsel and Secretary of Oaktree’s managed BDCs, Oaktree Specialty Lending Corporation, Oaktree Strategic Credit Fund and Oaktree Strategic Income II.  Ms. Gallegly joined Oaktree in 2014.  Prior thereto, Ms. Gallegly was as a finance attorney at O’Melveny & Myers LLP.  She graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in business administration along with an emphasis in statistics from California State University, Northridge.  She then went on to receive a J.D. cum laude from Loyola Law School, where she was a Presidential Scholar and a Sayre MacNeil Scholar.  Ms. Gallegly was an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.  She is a member of the State Bar of California.
