Matthew Kucharski

Mr. Kucharski is a vice president in the Real Estate group, where he focuses on portfolio management for Oaktree’s real estate platform and underwriting efforts for real estate structured products.  Prior to joining Oaktree in 2016, Mr. Kucharski began his career in the assurance practice at Deloitte.  Mr. Kucharski received a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, San Diego and a Master’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California.
