Shannon Richards

Ms. Richards is as a vice president in Product Specialist group, where she focuses on Oaktree’s real estate strategies. In this capacity, she is responsible for various aspects of real estate product marketing, investor relations and product development. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2023, Ms. Richards was an executive director on the Real Estate Banking team at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank N.A. In this role, her primary responsibilities included origination of on-balance sheet acquisition, construction, term loans, amongst other financial solutions and services for top real estate sponsors in California and Arizona. Ms. Richards started her career as at an analyst on the West Region Investment Services team at Colliers-International, focusing on industrial and office institutional investment sales. She earned her B.A. cum laude with dual majors in finance and real estate from Villanova University.
