Amy Rice

Ms. Rice is a managing director for Oaktree’s Capital Solutions group and leads capital markets activities across the firm with a focus on portfolio company finance and asset-backed leverage.  She previously served as a managing director for the firm’s Special Situations Group.  Ms. Rice is co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Committee.  Prior to joining Oaktree in 2009, Ms. Rice spent two years as an associate at Lindsay Goldberg, LLC, and before that, she spent two years as an analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Deutsche Bank.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Infinera Corp and GenesisCare.  Ms. Rice holds an A.B. degree in biology magna cum laude with highest honors from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Palmer Scholar.
