Amy Rice

Ms. Rice is a managing director in Oaktree’s Special Situations Group and leads capital markets activity for the strategy.  Ms. Rice is a co-Chair of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Committee.  Prior to joining Oaktree in 2009, Ms. Rice spent two years as an associate at Lindsay Goldberg, LLC, and before that, she spent two years as an analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Deutsche Bank.  Ms. Rice currently serves on the Board of Directors for Infinera Corp and GenesisCare.  She holds an A.B. degree in biology magna cum laude with highest honors from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Palmer Scholar.
